Location: A Multistoried Residential Project at Birati, PadmapukurMahajati Nagar, Block no 1, Only 1km away from Kolkata Airport,

Specialty: In south, there is a big pond, which is the frond side of the project.
Description: There is Ten Flats consisting one & Two bed rooms.
Specification:
Structure: The building will be of RCC framed structure with 20mm thick outside and 125mm/75mm thick partition wall of brick masonry.
Flooring: For all rooms, toilets, balcony, will be of cast in situ Mosaic. Toilet/s will have glazed tiles dodo up to 5’ height about the floor level. In kitchen there will be black stone kitchen platform and black stone sink. Kitchen platform will have 2’-6’’ high glazed tiles dodo.
Doors: All doors will have hard framed work and particle board panels or flash door. All doors will be provided with fittings and fixtures like tower bolt ,handle, al-drop, doorstopper etc. Entrance door will have Godrej night latch.
Windows: All windows will be steel window with 3mm glass panels with necessary fittings and fixtures complete.
Painting : All the interior walls, ceiling, bands etc. will be plaster of paris. External surface will be painted with cement paint.
Water suppSanitary and ly: All the soil, wastewater, rain water pipes will be of PVC. All these lines will be open type. All the water supply line will be GI open line. One toilet will be provided with one Indian pan with PVC cistern complete, one bib cock & one number shower rose. Other toilet will have one number EWC and all other points as mentioned earlier. One No basin will be provided for each flat.
Roof treatment: The roof will be made waterproof by providing IPS flooring.
Electrical works: Entire electrical works will be conceal type. All electrical wires will be of reputed branded copper wire.
